Shipping policy
The courier companies with which NOLIA BRA SHOP SRL has a collaboration contract are the following:
Standard delivery in Romania: Sameday, GLS - 1 BUSINESS DAY
Standard international delivery: GLS - 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
Express international delivery: DHL - 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
Delivery of digital products
Digital products filmed and uploaded to the website as video materials are available to the buyer immediately after payment is confirmed. Digital products in the form of live-streaming video materials are available to the buyer on the date announced for the live stream. In case of force majeure, NOLIA BRA SHOP SRL reserves the right to postpone the live stream to a later date, and the buyer will have access on the later date announced on the website.
Delivery of physical products
Physical products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, except for products whose delivery is specified in their description as being at a later date. The actual delivery, which is carried out by a third-party courier company, usually takes 24 hours for domestic deliveries within Romania, while international deliveries have a transit time of 5-7 business days, with the exception of express deliveries, which have a transit time of 24 hours.
NOLIA BRA SHOP SRL is not responsible for delays that may occur after the parcel has been handed over to the courier company, but undertakes to make every effort to inform the buyer of any delays and provides the buyer with the AWB (tracking) number, so the buyer can check the transit of their parcel in real time on the courier company's website.
