Refund policy

We are dedicated to offering you quality products and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we are here to help.

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Before returning the product, please contact us to inform us in writing of your intention to return the product and to receive instructions regarding the return procedure.

The returned product must be in new condition, sealed where applicable, unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories and documents. After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, we will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by you. If the returned product shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return and to send the product back to you.
