CAST – Self-curing two-component non-UV gel
CAST is a non-UV, two-component, self-curing gel specifically created for the Nailee Sculpt Method – a method invented and patented by Helena Fako for creating technical manicures in record time.
Unlike classic UV gels, the CAST non-UV gel does not require the use of a UV/LED lamp. The product polymerizes chemically when CAST Base and CAST Catalyst are mixed in a 1:1 ratio.
The system contains two syringes:
• CAST Base – 5 ml
• CAST Catalyst – 5 ml
The total volume is 10 ml; however, the weight of the mixture obtained from the two syringes is 15 g, a sufficient quantity for approximately 8–12 manicures, depending on the length of the work and the precision of the dosage.

Technique and recommendations
The CAST non-UV gel is used together with molds created via Nailee Mold, within the Nailee Sculpt Method.
Before applying the mold, fully prep the natural nail and apply a thin layer of Nailee Base, cured completely.
Dispense equal amounts of CAST Base and CAST Catalyst, then mix the two components very well using a dotting tool or a toothpick.
After homogenizing the two components, polymerization begins almost immediately. Have the nail, mold, and all necessary tools prepared in advance.
For minimal waste, dispense an amount as close as possible to the requirement of each nail.
Place the mixture into the mold and distribute it carefully, eliminating any air bubbles. Position the mold on the prepared nail, clean the excess from the under-nail area, and hold it fixed until fully polymerized.
After removing the mold, the nail already has the desired shape, length, and architecture, and only minimal filing is necessary.
Technique in reusable tips
CAST allows for design to be created directly in reusable tips.
Apply the top coat inside the tip and cure.
Apply the desired color or design and cure.
Add the CAST Base and CAST Catalyst mixture.
Press the tip onto the previously prepared nail.
Wait for the complete self-polymerization of the CAST non-UV gel.
Remove the tip and lightly finish the excess and the free edge.
The top coat, color, and design are already integrated into the construction, and the manicure requires only minimal finishing.
Application method
Prep the natural nail by buffing and degreasing.
Apply a thin layer of Nailee Base and cure completely.
Dispense equal amounts of CAST Base and CAST Catalyst onto a palette.
Mix the two components very well using a dotting tool or a toothpick.
Immediately introduce the mixture into the mold made with Nailee Mold.
Distribute the material carefully and eliminate any air bubbles.
Position and fix the mold on the prepared nail.
Clean the excess from the under-nail area before complete hardening.
Wait for the product to polymerize.
Carefully remove the mold.
Finish the contour and free edge if necessary.
Apply color or decorate according to the client's preferences.
Polymerization
CAST does not require the use of a UV/LED lamp.
Polymerization occurs through the chemical reaction triggered when mixing CAST Base with CAST Catalyst in a 1:1 ratio.
Approximate polymerization time: 60–90 seconds.
Room temperature and the quantity of prepared product can influence the speed of the reaction.
After mixing the two components, use the entire prepared quantity immediately.
Compatibility
CAST is developed and tested as part of the complete Nailee Sculpt Method system, together with Nailee Mold and Nailee products for preparation and adhesion.
Nailee products are developed and tested as a complete system, with each formula created to work together with the other products in the range.
Although it is possible that they may be compatible with products belonging to other brands, compatibility with other systems is not part of our testing protocol, which is why we cannot guarantee the performance or results obtained in such combinations.

⚠️ Product intended exclusively for professional use.
Mix the two components exclusively in a 1:1 ratio.
After mixing, use the entire prepared quantity immediately.
Avoid contact of the non-polymerized product with skin and cuticles.
Do not apply the product on nails or skin that show lesions or signs of inflammation.
Do not reintroduce the mixed product into the original syringes.
Close the syringes tightly after each use.
Store the product in a dry and cool place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately.
